Mykola Dubets

 Mykola Dubets is a lawyer, and serves as Deputy head of the Bar Council of Chernivtsi region and the coordinator of the Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union public reception in Chernivtsi. He has participated in projects implemented in Ukraine with the support of USAID, NRC, UNİCEF.
